Seokyeong University is
- Founded in 1947 as the first evening school authorized
- On March 1 , 1998, its campus transferred from Namgazwa-Dong, Sadaemoom-ku to 16-1 Jungneung-dong, Sungbuk-gu ,which is the current location.
- 4 Colleges, Graduate School and 2 Special Graduate School
- 625 faculty members
- About 8,000 undergraduate students and 401 graduate students
