Important Notice for All Application
- From the application and required document, if any information provided or certification is false, insufficient qualification, or other illegal means are used to gain admission or enrollment, the admission or enrollment shall be withdrawn even after the enrollment.
- The application reception is possible via Internet or personal visit, and make sure to refer to the notes.
- Scheduled persons for degree shall have admission or enrollment be withdrawn if unable to acquire the degree within the applicable year (Feb. 2011).
